Slipknot do genuinely seem to care about there fans and have done since day one can't fault them on that, they appreciate the fact that you've bought one of there records or been to a show..

Because most adults have jobs, they're most likely working. Whilst Slipknot's younger fans are able to go to events like this, this video doesn't imply nor show that their fanbase is of a specific age group.

Holy shit I remember this on Channel V. February 2000. 18 years ago..... fuck.... They came to Perth a few days later and I waited outside 78 Records in the line-up to meet them and get their autographs. To this day it's still one of the coolest fucking moments of my life and I still have the signed and framed poster. One mate offered ne $2000 for it 10 years ago. I'll never sell it.

Im a 51 year old Slipknot fan, have been for some time, they care about the fans and the music, but as Corey says, I listen to other stuff too, depending on the mood, classical, jazz etc etc....its sad that other bands feel they need to slag off other fans for whatever reason....grow up, enjoy whatever music you like and look for the positives....

+Dan Dantes Totally this. Mudvayne was my number 2 to Slipknot. Over the years and really listening to their albums comparatively speaking Chad and Mudvayne just aged better. I dont like Slipknot as much anymore but I fucking LOVE Mudvayne still. They just had more memorable music.

Karma's a bitch, Slipknot is still and will always be a better band than limp bizkit, I mean do you guys hear limp bizkit's new music? When I heard it, I thought my ears were going to explode! Limp bizkit went to shit and now they are gone, but look how slipknot has gone so far they are even more successful than limp bizkit.
Oh no I feel so old watching at this video!! I was like 11 maybe 12 when this was recorded (clearly younger than the kids in the video) and I started to listen to Limp Bizkit, Korn and Slipknot i fell in love with the New Metal genre, most of my classmates did as well. Still love it after all this years I'm 32 now. Good old days and... well school usually sucked but good old days anyways with good music lol x)
