6:58 *It was at that moment, did Dan Unfiltered n u t like every man and woman that heard Joeys drum fill and the shift back into the songs boss tempo*
Nobody can really dispute the fact that Joey is missed (and Paul R.I.P.) there will only ever be one Joey Jordison, however regardless of your opinion on the way the situation with him was handled, all one needs to do is look at him now. I personally believe the Transverse myelitis diagnosis. It’s sad but the truth is that while it certainly could have been handled better, it is hard to imagine Joey attempting a full tour even on his better days. Jay can never truly replace Joey but he’s not trying to, he’s simply trying to do the band justice and I think he’s more than accomplished that. So glad you're checking this album out. Very different then the others. You're gonna love "GEHENNA" man. Looking forward to seeing your reactions and hearing your thoughts!
agree with what you said about the two drummers. jay is damn good. but whenever i go back and listen to an old slipknot song i immediately hear joey's drumming and its something else.
truely something else. joey is great. But not something better! Jay has another style, but fits damn good. Maybe better. Lets be thankful that we can discuss on that level. ;)
@@UnfilteredReactions lucky that's the only album of slipknot that I don't have same with anders in general I have all of his other albums from his other bands but not mfkr. Is your mfkr album signed?
This is the best song on this album in my opinion, so relentlessly heavy, and the guitar parts are amazing. Other than this one though I feel this album is hit or miss. It has several great tracks, and several not-so-great tracks
Have you heard joey jordison’s new bands called scar the martyr, vimic and sinsaenum? Sinsaenum has the crazy fast drummin and vimic has some of it along with badass guitar tracks and som good solos here and there.
Unfiltered Reactions if you check out Scar the martyr, their song «Follow of the storm» has some extremely tight and fast pedals on it, some of their best only found on youtube.
@@borikuarokero4309 and Unsainted isn't? The flow of the chorus is a rip off of American Authors "Best Day Of My Life" I'd listen to AHIG over WANYK any day. That album was weaker than Vol 3
Personally, the best songs on this album are, This, Snuff, Psychosocial, Vendetta, I'm on the fence with Sulfur, the verses are 10/10 and the chorus is 10/10 but not in the same song if you know what I mean. I wish the whole song was like the verses
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ib0FBu3OwC8.html Since you brought up mfkr the former lead vocalist got asked to join a band for some time in the late 2000's he refined his voice he sounds out standing I think his cleans and screams are better than Corey but thats my opinion he even does a 36 second scream on one of the songs in this album and you'll love this song.
You really should use OBS, your sound quality will be dramatically increased. Listening to music through someone's speakers is very annoying for me. With OBS we'll hear it the way you hear it. OBS is free btw
Metal Monkey That is true and I do have OBS downloaded but RU-vid tries to block or demonetize videos that are direct streamed like that. It becomes a guessing game of what gets blocked and what doesn’t. That’s why most youtubers repeatedly pause the video. I try not to pause cuz it kinda fucks the momentum of the track ya know. But I feel ya, I’ll definitely see what I can do.
Underrated album but there last good one..I liked grey chapter for a few weeks but dosent make it into my slipknot playlist..We are not your kind is my least favorite slipknot in fact I would go as far as too say I hate it..
Thomas Leerling lol oh of course. Still exited hutbyea I’ve heard a lot of “mixed” opinions on this album lol spoiler, I’ve heard psychosocial and don’t love it. It’s ok, grew on me.
