I saw this video of couple blasting Aphex Twin with their kids in the car confused as hell. I get that they know they have underground music taste but I’m not about to blast Death Grips around my newborn baby. Also parents like that fail to recognize that even they had to learn to appreciate their favourite music at some point. Not saying this guy specifically, but this gives me some weird parenting vibes.

@@eastofwarden It isn't really weird. Babies like the music they grow up around, that's just how it is. So if the parents listen to metal, and the child sees them enjoying it, it learns to enjoy it too just out of instinct.
