wtf most 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, early 2000s guitarrists doesn't even know what's that, that's kinda new guitarrists that grew with that "thing" to be honest tabs are harmful because you don't develop the skill of playing by ear.
im guessing it was cuz he just joined the band, but he looked like he might have felt ackward up there. lol. plus his 6'6 height didnt help either haha. but his stage presence is alot better now.. hes one of my favs.
I honestly think his stage presence here is the best, he knows how to use his mask and height to his advantage, sometimes he just stands there and it looks menacing lmao, especially when he stares into the crowd of camera
Why do people always say like, I think he's the best? I think they're at the same level really, maybe James is more technical, and Mick more rytmic.. Mick is a instructor, maybe he knows more theory, and James isnt a learned guitarplayer. But most of us got good ears right? I know I wont go to be learned.
Looks like a bc rich gunslinger modified to his standards (neck pickup removed, tone knob gone, pickup switch selector gone,) i looked closer and on the 12th fret it says root so its possible bc rich made it for him
Ah, I thought it might've been Mick's because in an article he did a while back, he stated he did the bulk of his tracking on one of Mick's B.C. Rich guitars.
Joe Jane You're probably right. It's just that in the "Audiobiography" he said at the IOWA time he get a 3.000$ guitar from the producer for record IOWA in studio. :)
@103964988 probably but if you watch any of his videos where he trys to teach he has no idea what hes talking about and actually when he solos he never plays it exactly them same WHYYYY because he doesnt know what he did!
