SLOPPY ROOF on New Construction 

Exposed nailhead at end of ridge is normal..but that's the extent..and there is usually a dab of clear silicone over...first 2 ' of either side of ridge is also covered with bitchathane under shingles..vent starting anywhere from 12" to 24" from end . Can't wait to hear lol.

And the owner gets billed for the roofer's incompetence... Imagine being a teenager and being this guy's helper and learning from him, thinking this is the norm...🙄

Yeah you found some legit issues, but sealing of nails is not required and you make a big deal out of it🤷. Gonna also complain that they don't have smart bulbs and a Ring Doorbell?
