Slow Internet speed???? you may have the same problem as me, try disabling the QOS first and see if that works. If it doesn't well, eliminate the cable first, if it isn't that, it maybe the router???? maybe not :P

HOLY CRAP dude! I've been dealing with this issue for so long! You have no idea how upset I was getting! All along it was the stupid priority setting? Thank you so much! You saved my sanity! Dude you earned a subscriber for this, you have no idea how frustrated I was!

In regards to QoS, they haven’t really perfected the tech before implementing it (ESPECIALLY WITH THIS ROUTER) but this tech isn’t as bad as people think, or atleast the idea behind it…. But i do get your point 😁 but hey! At the very least it gives me content to create so…. 😂😂😂😂😂 really appreciate your sentiment though 😁

I doubt that updating the firmware will resolve it. But to be fair, it’s really not a matter of QoS is the one that’s not working properly, it’s just that the bandwidth’s being prioritize on how the system sees fit. Me personally, I don’t like it because i want to manage it manually and would rather see the whole of it when i check. For a typical household, having it enabled will make it more efficient for everyone.

Thank you so much for posting this. I know this is a guide for wired connections but the QoS shenanigans also happens to wireless ones too. Disabling all device priority and setting application priority to standard made things better for me. Salamat ng marami!

What worked for me with the AX1500 router was disabling the OFDMA setting.

Wow! Thank you so much for this tip. It resolve my problem with my bandwith. Now my speedtest vary between 880 mbits /sec to 1 Gbits. Insane!

Thank you very much. You helped me a lot. I did`t achieved 100% of my band speed like you but I improved the speed in 65%. In my opinion Verizon has some kind of block for third party routers.

Damn thx mate.. It really worked.. I was going nut. Laying around 170mbps with and without cable. My phone was the same speed. and have a 1000mbps connection. When all QoS off i got full speed back on cable and on wifi around 600mbps depends on how close i was to the router. The best on wifi was around 700-800mbps. Same with the phone.. So big thx mate. 945/849mbps with cable and 540/350mbps with wifi.

OK so we paid for a QOS Router but we can´t use it.... no one on TP Link support knows how to explain this....

It doesn't show QOS on the website and I can't see advanced anywhere either. I have the router mode as an access point. I'm getting around 300+ mbps but now I'm wondering why it isn't 700+.

Funny thing. I have a similar router to this and in a recent speed test I got 0.35 mbps speed on my phone. Yeah 0.35 not 35 or 350 literally less than 1mbps. I'm so disappointed

AX53 does not work. QOS is only in shitty app, and even with turned off QOS and parental controll cannot go over 100MBit from router. It is insane.

Bro you need to learn to be grateful of what you have , I’m only getting 30mb/s on my pc and 70mb/s on my Xbox , I woudk kill to get over 100mb/s whereas you would kill bc you only have 100mb/s
