Thank you so much my dear❤️ About the apples, I used to have digestion issues so my Doctor advised to add apples on my meals everyday, especially breakfast. I don't really eat them everyday but whenever I can I do and they helped a lot😊

Sorry dear. When you leave matooke in kaveera it can ripe even one day or maybe they sold it to u when it was already ripe. Always pour it on the floor immediately because tiles are cold it can't ripe
