The 1980's style kitchen cabinets are easy enough to upgrade to 2023, if desired. First, the hinges aren't showing. They are ready to accept the handles/pulls in any style desired as they have no drilled holes that may limit the style. The wood trim, or the whole cabinet, can be painted, with proper preparation. If a shaker style is wanted, wood trim can be added on the flat faces to resemble shaker.

I like that there is room for an island (could be wheeled) for more kitchen prep surface. 7:21 mail is delivered directly to each home?

4:35 I didn't see the lost reptile, but doubt it was a gecko; most likely a harmless brown anole. I hope it was gently returned to its natural environment for its sake 🙂 FYI the brown anole is an invasive species that has become more prevalent than the Florida native green anole. When caught by the tail it will detach its tail, which keeps squirming for a few seconds, as a defense mechanism.
