This mobile home shocked me when they told me how much it cost! Mainly because the quality was great so I expected a lot higher on the pricing side as well! This double wide house is complete drywall offers so many things I believe y’all will love it! Also, It’s my first time to ever tour a home by this manufacturer! The manufacturer for this house is Timber Creek Housing. The model for this home is the “Bear Creek.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,800 square foot. Just buy used, preferably at an auction. Man you can get a big 1000+ sq ft mobile home that was used by businesses like doctors practices for like 5 grand it's insane

This home really shows that you can get a a great unit at a great price. Cheap doesn’t have to be ugly , or poorly constructed. Even the master is well done. The living room kitchen/dining room combo has a really nice look. At this price point it represents excellent value even if the price is ballpark figure. It’s a buy, buy.

The utility/laundry room is just about perfect. I like that the two end bedrooms are not only roomy but the closets allow the floor to be uninterrupted by them. The stone trim on the kitchen island looks like a toe-stubbier even though it is visually attractive. All in all a very nice livable home.

Love this, Mr. Chance! I love that it's fully sheet-rocked & the fit & finishes on it are all really great. It's also nice to have a slightly smaller double-wide that still has really decent sized secondary bedrooms! Only thing that would make this even more perfect is a walk-in pantry! :)

Really love this house. Love rock on the entry door and the island. Perfect layout. Normally I say that the master shower should be tiled, but this one seems to fit the bathroom with the dark outlined shower door. Cullen did a great job! Anxious to see what Thursday brings!

A lovely, spacious home anyone would be fortunate and proud to own. I love the fact it has 2 bathrooms. I require a handicapped accessible living space and this home provides that. Especially like the kitchen! Stainless steel appliances, airy and so much natural light! The huge closets are a plus as well. The hallways are wide enough. The third bedroom I could use as a library/craft room. The laundry room is a valuable asset. What’s not to like?

Can’t believe the price on this one. I didn’t see anything I didn’t like. With all the cabinet space you really didn’t need a pantry. And GE appliances! I have been using GE for 25 years and you can’t beat them! Your mini me is just adorable! Sooooo cute! Really love this one Chance.

First off this home is BEAUTIFUL!! Very large rooms. Lot's of closet space. My son had a home almost exactly like this one only difference it had cathedral ceiling in living area kitchen and master bedroom. He took out the tub in master and changed to a large walk in shower. And the window in dinning room became a door to the patio he built on. I love this home and good price.

Cullen is ADORABLE!!! This is a great home. I wouldn't change a thing except for removing the carpet. They even trimmed out the mirrors. This is one of my favorites. I don't comment on all your videos but I watch them all. Hold Cullen tight, Chance. You are blessed as I'm sure you know.

I am really impressed with this home. For its size and price, it has more to offer in many respects than a lot of the larger & pricier homes we've (notice how we're a team now!!) toured. With a few extra shelves, I would use the linen closet outside the guest bath as a pantry and I'm really impressed with the features (mop sink & closet space) and possibilities (fridge or freezer space) in the laundry room considering it's size. A really enjoyable and interesting tour.... thanks.

LOVE, love this home and the pricing!!! While other manufacturers have greatly increased their pricing, it's nice to see a beautiful home with the appropriate pricing. Love the layout, drywall, five panel doors and bedroom & closet sizes. The only thing I'd like to see, no master tub, just a beautiful large tiled shower and with a water closet. Thank you for your amazing informative videos and your little man (Cullen) is stealing my heart.

A lot of home for a great value! I personally felt like there were a few more quality things in this home than in some I've seen priced higher. I could see where adding a few upgrades could make it nicer, but as it is I think it's a good bargain.

Extremely nice. I'd go for the microwave in the right tall cabinet option. In the Master Bath I'd want the tiled shower. I'd want a basement but the stairs would be out the back door into the attached garage. Getting that water heater in the basement would add at least 3 feet to the Master Closet. I wonder if they offer a higher pitched roof option. I have a lower pitched roof, the shingle life is half of what a higher pitched roof is.

This house has some spectacularly large closets, very different from the one in the following video, which is two-story and so large, and the architects forgot that the closets must be large, large, I prefer this one to the two-level one. The only thing I didn't like was the master closet in the bathroom. Apparently they do not remember that the humidity of the bathrooms can damage clothes, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, jewelry, etc, etc. Thanks, I love your videos!!!!❤💖❤

Where the heck do you live? I live in a rural spot in Virginia. A dump across from me just sold for $179,000. The house is small and has a terrible layout. It's on a tiny spot of land too. So to me this seems great for $150,000. It's much nicer that what sold near me. I'm generally in one of the cheapest places in the US. However the home market is way up and prices have skyrocketed here.

Hello Chance. Your son Cullen is precious. He is a mini me of you. I always look forward to seeing him on your videos. I absolutely loved everything about this house. The detail to the island in the kitchen was amazing with the stone. I really like the dark and light cabinets, the countertops, the hardwood floors the sinks in the bathroom. I was very impressed with the size of the bathtub shower combo in the guest bathroom. This house would be perfect for me. Thank you for posting these amazing videos. God bless you and your family. I almost forgot to mention the price. It has a lot of high-end amazing features for this amazing low price.
