I think she looks great. The helm position is not an issue as you rarely had steer anyway. The position is good if you want that wind in the hair experience or docking. The bow needs a seat but I am guessing that they will come, the slight reverse on the bows is attractive, the boat looks well thought out with good hand holds and amazingly good centralised control lines, it looks a little rough around the edges but being hull number one I would have expected it to be worse. The price seems fair and I would get this over a 4X any day. My only issue is where do you put the solar panels, I guess on the davits.

Pretty cat, but you can't see a thing from the helm station if you're under six feet and the dagger boards are placed to far aft.

As a whole it looks good. A couple of concerns off the bat. In the engine compartment it was a bit messy with wires not attached. At the bow two hatches were opened not sure if anyone noticed. It would seem that the fiberglass wasn't finished correctly. You will soon know when you have to slide in. Also the fitted cupboard in the shower area didn't have a finished look at the back of it. Plus it seemed to have a water seal around the door. It looked very much like draft stop. That type of tape on crap you buy for a front or back door of a house. Not sure about this one. Only my opinion

That is a not luxury yacht. She is built to be a luxury racer. Lot more designs coming out for this market.

A lot of things seem so wrong on this boat 1. So many ‘joints’ from the steering wheels to the actual rudders that can turn wrong or actually stop turning at all. 2. Those weirdly positioned winches aft with so many lines that just can’t wait to snag. 3. The interior is very well laid out but designed like you’re in the plastic interior of a space ship. 4. Those bunkbeds... no further comment. 5. That tiny miniscule porthole in the aft cabins... Still...I wouldn’t mind owning one!

You should have an Expandacraft on that big boat, it's a modular multihull water toy, that let you store it in small spaces and it converts into all sorts of different watercraft.

I liked the cabin layout, would have preferred gas for cooking, I thought the engines too small for size of boat and would have much preferred Yanmar's to Volvo's.

The helm set-up is horrible for a boat like this, who wants to out in the elements way in the back of the boat with that kind of seating!

Seems lacking and ill defined. Rough cheap edges. Its like a camper but for water. Hope the price point matches the ikea

It looks very similar to the new Catana 51.

Not heard of this manufacturer, obviously going for luxury, performance market. No doubt well over £1m. However for that money manufacturers need to look at what FP and Lagoon can fit into a boat this size. Use of hull space is very poor in this design. Only 4 guests in. 49 ft Cat!!! And they have to share a head!! Rear cabin beds not even semi walk around! Not designed for short hand sailing. I’d buy an FP Saba 50 over this any day. Probably wouldn’t go as fast as this one, but better for cruising lifestyle and value for money.

Finally an uncompromising cruising catamaran that - despite its impressive design, comfort and style - does not cheat its true racer genes. And who invented it? The french...? NO! It's made by an innovative German yacht builder. CHAPEAU!
