Triad: Chinese based street gang with power kinda like the mob Triad's: multiple triad gangs, a group of triad are just triad....lolz also From the police you mean just trying to be helpful and yes I did that all the time in GTA3, good times, RiseFM 4 life yo!! 😈
@@darthXreven in my case I listen this song while driving a Yakuza Stinger while cruising at Staunton and Shoreside vale always put Rise FM when I did the Yakuza missions
@@Rocket-qg5jw Usually, in rave culture, you can see very skinny/light people (Apparently, skinny because of drug use at raves), which sleep in basements, are homeless, and basically live just to rave. This is a stereotype in my opinion (those people aren't so bad), but it's a funny expression :)
@@Laueas man I was just walking down the streets of LC listening to some music and all of a sudden a guy with a plack jacket and some ugly green pants driving a Infernus running over 3 people, have a shootout with the police and then steal another car and drive off
Holy SHIT I was playing GTA III again and I was like "How tf did a song in this game from 2001 sample a Shiny Toy Guns song from 2006?" So I did a bit of digging on wikipedia... "(You Are the One) has its roots in a composition called "Neo (The One)", which was released in 2001 by Shiny Toy Guns members Jeremy Dawson and Chad Petree, under the alias Slyder, and appeared on the soundtrack to Grand Theft Auto III." The more you know
Have you heard Shiny Toy Guns "You are the one"? I remember Jeremy playing this track before it was released at raves. We called him Awesome Dawson. He didnt like it. He really didnt like Ed mocking his keyboard performances.
I don’t know how it’s possible but somehow this song makes me feel trippy, almost like that ecstatic feeling you get in a nightclub, I feel it in my head. Even though I’m just sitting in my room, not moving
Frank dms When i'm playing this in my car, i start to feel as if my Peugeot 406 V6 is brand new and i just picked it up from the factory, even when 20 years have passed since then... This song is indeed amazing for driving - it makes you feel special, and like you're way up in the game XD (True successor of Eurobeat in a way).
GTA 3 was my favorite just cause of the music in this game. It's crazy how I got my taste in music from games I played in my childhood (not just GTA, but also Nintendo games had lots of DnB, trance, jungle, techno, etc.).
WOW! After listening to this tune literally about 10000 times over the past 20 years on RISE FM in an mp3 I recorded off the ps2, to suddenly hear this track it in its original long form, and from 4:50, I am genuinely shivering with goosebumps, and with tears in my eyes. It's feels like a cheat mode for GTA3 to unlock the full game, to finally listen to the original tune at maximum quality version, just fasntastic! Slyder - Score (Original mix) I also just listened too before this one! The two best tunes in all of GTA radio!!
Remember just sitting back while looking at the city skyline in game with this radio station on in the background 😍 The trance on Rise FM was next level at the time!
loved this song while playing GTA 3 as a kid, can someone link me a playlist containing trance like this? id really appreciate it - a young classic trance fan
justin c From the early nineties, check out Jam&Spoon - "Angel (Ladadi O-Heyo)". Also there was a song called "You belong To Me" by JX that sounded a lot like this as well. Legend B did a track called "Lost In Love" that is a belter. Oldschool Hard Trance is the shit. Ultrasonic - "Annihilating Rhythm". Hellcreator - "Der Letzte Sarg" (Melodic Speedcore)
Check out George Acosta's album "Awake" and also Trance Nation America two mixed by ATB and Acosta. Both those I was listening to around the times of GTA3. I was ravenous at the time for "that sound". I still am today at the age of 37. Di.fm cures my cravings pretty regularly. Premium is worth it.
Oh wow. I have always loved this track but I never knew who made it. Awesome upload! For those of you who don't know Slyder has this other track named Score and if you love this track you will love Score even more IMO.
I think its the other way around. A quick search for Episode 2: Hypnocrite Raving Loonatics reveals that Slyder is actually credited on that album. Raving Loonatics just added shitty priest vocals on awesome tracks.
