Just received my sbf Alt only kit in black. I've been an engine builder for 25 years and these are hands down the best looking pulleys I have ever seen. Beautiful

Every time I call customer service, I talk to some really cool guys who seem to know a lot, but no one has any videos or information on how to properly put the belt tension. I’m at a loss! I’ve used the belts in the past and I’ve never had a problem, but you know the saying Chrome will not get your home! Lol

Tried installing my black kit today paint flakes off the ac compressor like a 2 year old spray painted it. Ac to crank belt is so tight u have to choose to have the adjustment arm hooked up or have the belt on. I'd rather ls swap my mustang than to put another one of these kits on

I’ve got the system on my 460 and I cannot get the proper belt tension. It’s squeals when it gets about to 3000 RPMs I’ve been trying to get the system to Work for a long time. I’ve called customer service and I’ve gotten multiple parts shipped but very little information about the proper tension on the belt. I think I’m going to take this junk off. I’m currently looking for a better solution. I’ve dumped tons of money into the system, including Towing my truck back home because the power steering pump blew up. Not sure about the system.

If I pick a serpentine kit with a/c would my factory ac compressor work?

For the V belt am I still going to have the alternator on the bottom I've seen some with alternator on top

V Belt kits will have the alternator in the lower position. Alternator will hit the valve cover if you move it to the top. Only the reverse rotation water pump with serpentine drive uses the upper location due to a forward spacing.

I have the chrome kit on my 383 stroker & 355 engine and both are 8 groove belts which keeps eating 2 grooves once the runs hard ive also had to replce the power steering 3 times & is currently waiting on another it keeps leaking
