Another belter of a vid mate. How do you plan your days ? is it a case of just going around and just checking in on your business and progress or do you have other people driving the business forward you can rely on ?

There’s nearly 1000 staff in the group, of those people, there are managers of managers. There secret of business success is management. I spend 80% of my time growing the business and 20% of my time on operating it. I think this is crucial to get stuff done.
