I want to know about how to dilute sodium hypocrite as I think my RCT cases are having pain even after complete BMP, I think it can be because of over use of hypo or too less diluted or too much diluted hypocrite ... Kindly make a video on irrigation step and proper dilution of hypocrite ....thanku

There are many reasons for pain. Unless u push the hypo too much out of apex, its not likely to cause a big issue

Hi Dr. Shenvi! Nice work here. Just wanted to know how much of the sealer extrusion beyond the apex is considered normal?

In the above case its more of a sealer puff than the extrusion. I really dont know the answer for the question how much is normal but I do know as little as possible. The type of sealer also matters for example resin based and bioceramic sealer extrusion are difficult to resorb

Extrusion of root canal sealer in apical region will not cause any problem sir??

Yes it will. But there are many types of sealer. Here is calcium hydroxide based which does not cause a lot of issues. We always give post operative pain control medication for the patient
