I liked this design very very much 😘 One thing tho because I've a bit of ocd, the dining table could have been built in and can be folded against the wall so the living room can be maximized :3 Im no Architect haha. Job well done

Probably the only major thing I would do is extended the loft floor out more. That would give you more floorspace so you could add a corner closet on each side. I a few other ideas but over all I like it.

Hello. The estimated construction cost is around Php375k-500k. But it will still depend on the professionals and contractor that you will hire. Your location and material specification will also affect the final cost. 😊

Salamat po. Ang estimated cost po nito ay nasa Php375k-500k. Pero depende pa din po iyan sa kukunin niyong professionals at contractor. Makakaapekto din po sa cost ang inyong location at material specification.

Me gustó mucho. Me gustaría ver un diseño de una casa que se le pueden hacer dos apartamentos arriba, osea es para construir la de abajo y en un futuro hacer los de arriba, pero se necesita una buena divicion abajo primero. Que tenga una marquecina , algo que no sea tan costosos. El terreno mide 375 metros completo

At 12 I'm planning to move out on my parents house I wanted to live with my own when I turn 18 so I'm planning to work as working student and build a small house(comfy house) and when I graduate in gonna start to work so when I have enough money I will build a bigger house for my future family (Started working now)
