Small paracord slammer 

I just have to say that your calming approach to your projects is an encouragement to try new things. Your projects help me with dexterity among other things.

As a finishing touch, I usually use a Sharpie to color the inner core to the same color as the outer core after singeing the ends. In this example, use green to color the inner core. Really caps them off nicely. I have made some similar to this using a gold ball, a 6-strand handle and a 1.5 inch steel ring. That way I can hang it up or slip a finger or two through it to swing it.

Good Tutorial. My recommendation would be to work the second cord into the monkey fist itself. That way it contributes to the strength of the connection to the monkey fist. Rather than connecting a 4 strand braid with only 2 strands. IMHO.

Nice little project! But I guess, I thread in another strand through the first crown of the handle, so that I can work with 6 strands to get a nicer handle pattern (Maybe alternate crown for example). Nevertheless, thank you very much for sharing this tutorial. 🤝

I'd use this ONLY when I am attacked by someone who poses a threat to me (e.g.: purse - snatchers, human traffickers, rapists, et cetera)...just strike my assailant once and then RUN AWAY TO SAFETY! Since I cannot carry a gun; I can protect myself with this bad boy! THANKS FOR THE IDEA!!! 😎
