A great update Al, your lordship. Some bargains at the model shop. I prefer to shop local if possible. Love the layout. Great job on adding that detail. 🎉
Hi Allan, really enjoyed the update, sounds like you’ve got an excellent model shop on your doorstep. Looking forward to seeing the new loco shed coming together Hope you’re well, cheers for now, John
Hello, your lordship! Great to see you on screen! You make a brilliant point about the grills. To be honest, I do not tice when they are missing, but I do notice when they are there and then it makes you realize they were missing from those places. The littlest details can and do add a lot. Anyhow, another great update and fun to see the new bits and bobs added to it. The gantry crane is definitely a big enough piece to grab attention! Well done! Cheers and all the best to you!
Hi Lord Allan. The new fences look much better on your layout. I like the grid/drain covers as well. You got them for a good price as well, which is even better. I will have to check out the website. Regards. Mark.
Al, you may want to drybrush the grates woth a bit of light ,very light , brown to show dirt washed down the street. They do look great though. Sometime in the future I might be picking up a few.
Hi Allan… some nice detail bits and bobs. I like the pylon in particular. Your local shop Rhuddlan models had a stall in Port Sunlight a few weeks ago. They had a great selection of 3D printed masts and girders as well as the pylons. See you soon matey 👍👍🤗
👍👍Very nice update Allan! The fencing, covers and crane are marvelous and at extremely reasonable prices always a big plus. The high line tower looks very cool!🚂🚂
Nice update as usual Some nice bits from your local shop, need to check it out when I visit you . No running session to finish off 😕. Look forward to your major update .. x The Bigfella x
There`s going to be lots of updates to come over the next few months lots of revamps so am going to be busy in the shed ..lol.. sorry no running session this time . just did not have the time to do one .. Thank you for watching Bigfella
Love your updates. High street really looks sharp. I just turned 70 this month. Janet starts radiation treatments next week for cancer. She's a trooper. My best to Lord Allan and Lady Barbara. Bill from California, USA.
Very nice Al, GETS looms closer and closer. Hornby have just done some new RTC livery coaches and the Revolution TUA ECC wagons are out...£40 a toss though.
Hiya Andy. Got a new second hand car Peugeot 3008 it’s fab So life is good 😊. As for the pylons check his e-bay Rhuddllan models. Plus my next update is the same engine shed as yours and it’s hard going so far. Lol.
Evening Al, hope you & Barbs are well. Nice little update, some great scenic items there, they add that little extra to the layout. I've used Rhuddlan Models before, they also have a good selection of 3d printed items for sale 👍Are you down at GETS this year?, AtB......Andy
Great update m'lord, that fencing looks great and the overhead loco crane is really nice and a damn good price compared to other kits that look very similar, and the grates in the street add that last detail of realism
Did Dragons Junction have to hire contractors to fit the fencing, or were the lads from the direct contract team able to carry out the work? I dare say they deserved a nice cup of tea after all their hard work.
Hi Lord Al. Nice bit of fencework sire. Just out of curiosity, is that police car with its blues 'n' twos there to arrest the flasher in the pub car park? 😁 Paul. 👍❤
The fencing is a good idea to put a stop to trespassers. I'm not saying your videos are dull and boring, far from it. Then again, all steam engines need a break to ensure their motors aren't worn out too quickly. I was intrigued by the police car. I sense a story beginning to unfold. Police officers are good at what they do, they can help you retrieve something that was stolen from you. Like me helping a friend of mine retrieve his bike, which a teenage lad had stolen from him. I insisted we give chase at a distance, so the young man, I call him Tez, went along with me. We caught up and a female police officer met us. Tez told her what had happened. I held on to Tez's bike, gripping the handlebars. A male policeman came along, asked the thief some questions and gave us permission to go. Tez was glad I'd helped him retrieve his bike. He has learned a valuable lesson. Always lock your bike to something. It will prevent the bike from being stolen.
Thank you for watching Kelly..i will do some a steamy running sessions for you but i have to do all these little jobs first .All takes time Kelly. So you love these little stories .have you thought about writing short stories for a book Kelly.
