Rough pricing information is included here. This is what can be done with a VERY small backyard. Our yard is ONLY 19.5 feet deep by 49 feet wide. Pool is 26.5 feet long and 11.5 feet wide. We also put in approximately 700 sq ft of travertine stone to really set it off.
One of the most frequently asked question we get is, "how much did this cost". To be honest, we upgraded to a number of comfort options. For example: 50,000 btu gas heat (about $5K), in floor cleaning (14 pop up heads), Spa jets, 3 ft water sheet, travertine deck (about $5K), sound system, landscaping, landscape lighting, and multi color pool light, all run off of remote control (about $3K). Landscaping/irrigation costs were approximately $3K which were done myself. Total cost for this project is about the price of a nicely equipped Chrysler 300 C. Without these upgrades, the cost would've been around $20K to $22K.
