I always find it funny that he got annoyed about the weapons and straight away went crazy and proved her point. I miss Chloe and Clark. Loved the show!!
That happened way back in season 5, not season 9. They turned her into a Mary Sue in season 5 and killed everything she once was, an extremely likeable character who was realistic with flaws & boundaries on her talents and not some bullshit Miss Perfect character whose ass was kissed by everyone & who could suddenly hack and had all the answers and became Clark's mommy. Chloe was my favorite young female character in the series until they did that to her.
