I can't thank you enough for this video. I've heard of the SMART technique before, but never really felt like diving into it because for some weird reason I didn't think it would be useful for me. Or maybe I was simply being lazy, who knows? Nevertheless, thanks to you now I know what I would miss out on. I'm gonna improve my goals and I think that this year is gonna be MINE in terms of achieving them! Thank you thank you thank you! And btw, you are a great teacher!
Ohhh Alexis you are the bomb dot com. This is exactly what I needed and I love the way you present & deliver the material. You always motivate me to follow through and do the work. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO TO HELP SO MANY!!!
Thanks so much for this video. Breaking down goals to get them really well-planned is really hard to do sometimes. I can't seem to find the workbook. There's nowhere to put the email in the page I pulled up. ❤️ I appreciate the really clear breakdown. Thank you!
Specific: Amount of weight to loose, size you are trying to achieve, or inches you want to get to. Measurable: What measures will you use to track this goal? Track your weight, but also can you track number of calories you are eating, or number of workouts you put in. Actionable: What exactly will you do to loose weight? Diet, exercise, weight loss surgery? Realistic: How can you fit this into your life? Meal planning & prep? Nutritionist? Trainer? Accountability buddy? Is this seriously something you can accomplish this way knowing what you know about your life and limitations? Timely: When do you want to work on this, how long will it take, when do you want to reach the goal by?
I'm struggling with what an establishment or institution is. Maybe I'm hyperfocused on goals? Mine would be me, my family, learning music, learning French, and saving the environment, does that sound wrong? I'm not sure I'm understanding. 💜
Sweett And Simple Give me a goal and I can give you an example of how to set measures for it! An easy example is weight loss, clearly you would need to know your starting weight and goal weight to understand when you have made progress and when you have fulfilled the objective.
Karen .c.h you’re more than welcome to download it if you’d like but the workshop was significantly more comprehensive! The downloads aren’t the same though- you got the pretty worksheets and this download is just a cheat sheet to follow along with the video and take notes!
