I heard a lot of complains about your intercoms, why you don't support firmware upgrades if it has a lot of bugs ?

Hello HJC, please update fw for the following scenario: 2 Rider talking each other via MESH and if one of them receives a phone call the mesh is interrupted without any sign/beep/voice/information and the one who not received the phone call keeps telling telling telling the stories without knowing the other end is on a call and out of MESH conversation... So annoying ! Thank you

Is it waterproof?

is mesh working with people that have for example Sena50s ?. I would like to get a Smart HJC 50B but Im not sure if I can talk wwith my Sena friends via Mesh

Is it compatible with intercom that they don’t have mesh?
