Smart Joint Large Radius HDPE Sweep Bend Workshop Extension 

Smart Joint sweep bends are widely used in water and mining. Smart joint produce a full range of HDPE large radius sweep bend up to 1600mm and 63".
With common used SDR11/SDR17, SDR21 for large diameter, for water and mining, SDR7.4/ SDR9 for high pressure application as well.
Compare to pipe bended ones, here are the difference:
1: No bounce back, the shape is fixed. Angle can be cut per requirement.
2: The wall thickness at any point is universe, 100% no pressure derating. The pipe bended ones, there might be problem on the wall thickness.
The most economic solution：
1:Get a 180°or 90°sweep bend
2:Get the special extension butt fusion machines from smart joint
3:Cut different angles of bends per project requirement
4:Fabricate two sides of sweep bend with pipe at the same time for spigot length extension in your workshop( high fabrication effeciency)
5: Debead the inner and outer bead.
