Made possible with Infra Red curing light technology we are able to carry out a repair that in the past would have taken a few days but now in this case it took 5 hours. I will teach you How to Repair and paint a car from start to finish using all the tricks of the trade to save money by not making the repair any bigger than it needs to be I will be including every step in an easy to understand language and "real world" methods. I painted it in Concept paints No-Mix basecoat and 2k MS clear with the DeVilbiss SGK-600-BV 1.4mm Spray Gun. The colour is Power Red paint code PW and the car is a Hyundai Getz.

A company called Lenco makes a similar machine here in the states for around $700 US new. I got lucky and picked mine up for 200$ used on eBay. They are a great little machine. I work in a assembly plant and these are the same machines we use to pull dents on the assembly line in the body shop. We have to pull and metal finish small dents in 42 seconds or less, and were not allowed to use any type of filler. These days I can pull most dents out of a car and metal finish with a file and completely skip the bondo or bog stage as you guys call it over there. Just throw some primer over it and block out the scratches from the file and you're good for paint. Wonderful machines, keep up the good work!

Your videos are by far the best. Have you ever heard of a cycle time reduction repair? It's a technique where you can repair and paint an area as small as a U.S. Quarter or less with even metallics without leaving a halo. It's like a spot blend repair but very small. I think it was a process developed by RM products. Diamont base and clear with UBR 200 blending solvent to burn in the area.

Hi Gunman Thank you very much for all your videos, tips and tricks. I really appreciate it! I've been airbrushing and spraypainting as a hobby since I was 14 years old. My father teached me the basics and the rest I learned by just keep on practicing and learning of the mistakes I made. Now I'm 20 years old, I'm really willing to make damage-repair and spray-painting as my own business. I'm now investing in professional sprayguns such as your Devilbiss SGK and I hope that I will have my own spraybooth soon. Keep on making these vids Gunman, you really are a magician in what you do ;) ! Grtz from Barneveld (the Netherlands) Frank Rogier

Hey Gunman, I wanted to say how great your channel has grown and become. From age 16-21, I worked at a collision repair facility and your videos bring me back. Now, I am a public high school automotive instructor and my students really like your videos. As for myself, I have watched every single one. I especially like this one, because it is such a complete guide. I know you are always looking for suggestions, and I have one. When you are naming the sandpaper grits, a small pop up should appear saying and spelling it out somewhere on the video. Possibly for the primer/reducers/thinners/grease removers, etc. For my students, I have them take notes on your notes. Again, awesome job and keep up the great work.

To anyone asking why the heater display is producing that "disco" effect, the answer is led multiplexing: when you look at a digital display you think that every segment is lit up but it's not. Just one segment at time is lit up, but electricity is "moved" on every segment that fast that to human eye all the segments on the display look lit up. This technique saves a lot of power since just one segment at time is powered up and not all of them. You can see the effect on camera just because the frequency by which is working the multiplexing is different from the one at which operates the camera (just like filming computer monitors), so the mismatching frequency between the devices gets caught on camera like a flickering.

that dent puller is great. I have a cheap one that is 2 different parts. you first put the studs , then pull the stud and cut them and grind. The style you have is at least 4 to 5 times faster.

Hope you change your oil Coalescer filter so it can remove your oil particles down to .01 micron . You should have an auto drain water filter prior to the oil filter. If your still having problems maybe your air compressor is worn and you have some ring blow by. I have a refridgerated dryer prior to my 4 stage air booth air with an automatic drain. Glad to see your doing the air fed resperator. Charcoal respirators don't filter out all the isocyanates and it's accumulative on your body. Thanks for a great video.
