I'm highly critical of AI and how deeply integrated it is becoming with our lives. The beginning of losing what we have begun with streaming services for music, movies and tv shows. It has continued with software that can create or remove things and alter reality, to the point where photographers could lose their value. Art is beautiful and something unique to every individual. It is created and viewed differently depending on the person. Software tools can take that separation and bind it into one thing. Once we have lost the ownership of those things and the creation of those things, we have lost everything that separates us. We no longer can distinguish between art and computer-generated imagery. This effects memories as what is created isn't real and what we may remember stems from those images, creating false narratives/false memories. So, question these changes and implore others to maintain their originality and to learn, rather than rely on technology, simply because it's easier or faster or can give you some idea that you are now a photographer or musician or writer or any other thing than that for which you can actually do.
