I love this version of the song! Do you know where I can download the Mellow Jolly boot from? Any version I've found has DJs talking over this song... :/
LOL. This album is their greatest, as much as I love Siamese Dream, MCIS showed the great true potential that Corgan and CO had at the time. Such diversity with both heavy and soft songs cannot be found anywhere else.
nesfan8 Eddie's voice really set the standard for grunge vocals, but Billy's voice is something completely different. In fact, there may be no other voice on earth that sounds like him. It's the strangeness that makes his voice equally beloved and hated. I'm in the "love" camp, although I can understand the "hate" camp
you're kidding, i loved gish and siamese dream but this album was literally "My dream" it was everything expected and more, i admit there was a couple of "silly" songs on it but the good outweighed the bad. peace. justin x
man i used to be in a car and everything with this men, when i heard and heard that song. courtney, gift, tragedy, joke, drunk. coffee. wasted or not on the carpet of a car. the men came at us, quietly, calmy, driving and with smiles and hapiness with our coffee on the floor brown so i talk to my friend, watching that old lady finish the run. ... we listen again and again that song. till we "rendre" la voiture, cross the line, lay on the ""hamac"", sleep for days. love
Courtney Love claimed the song to be about her herself. Billy Corgan has never said that it's about her. One song we can all agree is about Courtney though is "Starfuckers, Inc." by Nine Inch Nails.
