Just the line "By the way I'm not a flashback I actually died." is so unhinged it just sets you in the perfect mode and then him just getting dragged to hell is the coup de grace and makes me just LOSE IT

0:16 if you compare the shape of the paperclip to the shape of his nose, you'll notice that it matches to a point before becoming mirrored (where the paperclip dips down, his nose arches up). That's the part that makes his nose work even better than the paperclip shape
I love the echo effect of his scream there's something that is pure dark comedy about that. Also we shouldn't worry about him down there Mr.Boss probably employed his great talents.
I absolutely love this clever gag. Since he's looking the other way, of course he would only HEAR the shopkeeper and think it's just him remembering what the shopkeep said. Then when the shopkeep says "I actually died" he realizes it's not his memory and there's actually a literal ghost of the shopkeeper behind him that just happens to say exactly what he'd remember about the situation It's just so funny and clever to me

Even though this one the more "cartoony" talking characters when compared the Charlie & the Rotoscope guy, The genuine "...No, this can't be!" is one of the more realistic deliveries in the show in my opinion. He really sounds like he's about to punch himself for not trying this earlier
