The issue with the screw-in type valve connector when you remove the connector you already have approx 2-5 PSI released depend if the screw binds or not. Would be great if has an option with clip type and a gun trigger with gauge for a quick fill.
I am subscribed my brother. And I have 35" Duratracs. Loved the stock tires, just had to get them bigger. Adding my Thuren leveling kit next week and Carli adjustable track bar. You should do that next. Tires on stock wheels with no mods to fit with no rubbing anywhere and full flex.
Awesome thank you! Judging by the fact you had duratracs stock I’d say you may be a power wagon owner? You can’t go wrong with thuren and Carlo components. If I ever have to replace suspension components I’ll be going with a full carli system...I’m thinking about doing 35x1250 duratracs as well but am really interested in the newish bfg km3.
Not to be a dick, but if you're at 20psi on sand and having no issues it's NOT soft sand. Thanks for the video, i recently ordered the same compressor and wanted to see it in action.
I mean in Nc you can drive on almost the entire coast. Every time I go out multiple people/vehicles get stuck. I mean it’s not like dunes in CA but it is soft sand. Duratrac tires are good sand tires as well.
Thanks for watching. At no point in that video did I turn on the compressor before starting the vehicle. I will admit I had it hooked to another vehicle off camera.
I bought one from Harbor Freight that is identical to the Smitty Built for $45. There is absolutely no difference in the one I bought versus the one you reviewed
Thanks for watching. I buy a lot of my stuff from harbor freight. What is the cfm rating of the one you got? I may be looking at the wrong model but the one I’m looking at has a 1.35 cfm rating at harbor freight.
Lol because I have a guy messaging back and forth on Facebook right now telling me it’s the same unit. The smitty 2780 puts out 2.5 cfm. More than the harbor freight unit.
