For TAM just google “number of ____ in USA” and get a few statistics. For how much they make you have to talk to people in the niche, internet will not have accurate data

Hey Kreaton if got this right you suggest at 19:47 that you charge 1-1.5k/month that includes both ad spending for the client and your fee. However at 26:14 you mention that you can charge somebody 1.5k and outsource to contractor for 500/month (this is minimum in my opinion). So let's say you split 1500/month half for the agency and fee half for ad spend just like the example you gave with your client at 19:56. That would leave you with 750/month. If you were to outsource for 500/month cost the agency profit margin goes down to 250/mouth per client which is extremely thin and likely even lower than selling just the GHL. Then again running all the ads yourself without out sourcing on top of everything else like outreach etc seems impossible after 3-4 clients. In these perspective only the first and the last pricing option could make sense. I would love to hear your thoughts, thank you so much for all the valuable info!

1.5k incl ad spend is for first few clients while you’re learning. It’s worth getting case studies for small profit margins or doing all the work yourself. as you get more established and have results you charge more and increase ad spend. I charge $2k/mo + $1k ad spend

I've been doing and getting a very good positive response via whatsapp outreach but closing them via chat is super hard and I always end up losing them, I've lost more around 15 deals in the past 3 months...... As my niche is Real estate, I'm gonna try cold calling from tomorrow, and see how that goes.... QUICK QUESTION : should I always ask for a meeting whether the lead is from whatsapp or cold call? (closing over a chat is hard) Should I try cold calling, as real estate agents are always ready to pick up the phone?

Chicken and egg question here. How do you get started running ads for a niche when you haven’t yet run ads in that exact niche before. I’ve run ads in another niches (affiliate). I’d like to run Facebook ads for high end restaurants. But it’s not like I can go into the niche and say “hey look at the results that I got before”. Have them only pay ad spend and I don’t profit to get case study, or how would I set up an attractive enough pricing model to get going here. Thanks so much 🙏

You mentioned one reason why real estate might not be an ideal niche. I am paraphrasing you, "while there are a lot of agents, some of them only do this practice as a hobby/side hustle." That's a good point! Here is another reason to consider staying away from real estate: while FB ads could probably work decently for real estate agents, yet from a local business perspective - setting up a website, seo, leveraging paid campaigns - it is not ideal. Also, Zillow controls much of the paid search side of the equation. Additionally, agents do not get paid right away, which means they might be more reluctant and uncomfortable paying you right away. Regarding SEO, because it is a long term play, I imagine a real estate agent may not want that service. There are many agents that do not have the propensity to advertise 2000-5000 a month either. Last but not least, not including rural real estate, most everything else is a giant bubble of Biblical proportion, so I would rather just stay away from an industry that has such poor underlying fundamentals. I have a question Keaton. I completely understand the wisdom of simplicity scales and fancy fails. Nevertheless, with a super sticky system like a websites/SEO strategy coupled with Highlevel CRM, why not leverage a paid ad campaigns on top of this? From someone like yourself whose entire business it built around a paid advertisement campaign offer, how hard and time consuming is it to run FB ads?

The point is to focus on one thing at a time. Get good at websites and then someday you can start running ads as well. Fb can be very complicated or very simple so idk how to answer your question

When you're doing outreach you can't really tell. This is more for when you build a brand and have people coming to you, you can qualify them based on this. In your case, just check for good google reviews and a website that looks decent - those are pretty decent signs they will do well with online ads!

Hi, I want to open an agency and I am 16 years old, I want to ask you if I can sign the first client without an LLC? Because I don't have a source of income, I will start from 0, and I am from Romania and it is quite expensive for me to make an SRL (LLC). I know it's not the best thing to do because I don't have a source of income, but I want to be able to achieve financial freedom as soon as possible.

Quite a long question but I needed an answer for so long... How exactly does an SMMA make money? Client is paying you like $3k monthly, alright? You spend all his money on ads and make back around $5k... so... you get like a 10% fee of the profit, and make $500 for the month? Is this how it really works? People say, I GOT THIS CLIENT FOR $4K! but do they REALLY get $4k per month in revenue? Can you reveal the truth or the best strategy to become profitable in this? Because that sucks to be honest. So those YT videos that say they make $10k per month are actually making probably $4k in rev? Thanks

So you also charge a client something called a retainer which would be anywhere between 1.5-2.5k a month. At least that's how we used to do at a SMMA I used to work at.
