Smoked burgers are delicious! I would have cooked them all the way to the right so the grease only had to travel a short distance to run out, and didn't crust up the slider.
Thanks for the video...and tips. I am taking delivery of my PB 1600 Elite tomorrow and will try this out. I wonder why you didn't consider a quick sear on the burgers before taking them off... get the marks add some flavor.
no reason to change P setting. just confusing people and complicating the process... plus you changed it and didn't really allow the smoker to adjust to it before cooking on it. if did then at 200 for hour and 250 for 15 minutes they would have been done right then. oh and lowerys is not a rub
The P Setting is fine to change if you want to start at a lower temp and more smoke....and I did let the smoker adjust to the P setting until it normalized out. Lawrys can be used as a rub and a lot of people are using it on briskets.
Really also do not do a lot of videos about the P setting...but I had many questions about the Smoke Mode button and only way to demonstrate that was the have it on S temp using the P setting.....thanks for watching and the feedback, much appreciated.
@@zac71786 around 175-180 before I put the burgers on and averaged right at 177 through the rest until I turned it up. Was also a pretty breezy day....
Hi BUMMERS. Looks great . I think I'll try mixing onion, bacon, cheese in the ground beef, I've used Lawrys on a lot of meats. Have a great weekend BUMMERS 😀.
