Man those carnitas look good Kirby! The perfect taco as always. You killed that one brother! Congratulations on pit boss ambassador too! Have a great week brother!
Thanks Pickles, it was some awesome eata brotha. This is something I do often, only difference is the wet or dry rub marinade. Mexican Coca Cola is key, I didnt use it in this one but most of the time I do.
Kirby that looked absolutely delishes . I'm deffently gonna have to try this recipe for sure .. Made my mouth water lol .. I hope your doing well and stay safe brother
Thank you John, it sure makes up some good tacos. That delicious marinated meat with some good toppings. I hope all is well brotha, be safe during these crazy times.
Cooked out fajitas and pork last night. Tonight will be new york strips in worcestershire sauce and honey with pepper. These looked delicious, Kirb. Invite me over next week.
Kali Baby, how you doin my friend? I hope your safe and well, crazy time we are living in right now. They were awesome, we had some good eats. Stay safe Kali Baby.
Awesome recipe! My only issue is that when I've had dried "Gaujillo" powder it caused me to have crazy cramps... I'm curious if you have any clue why that could be? I don't have issues with other peppers currently, and Gaujillo isn't that spicy.... Is there a pepper I could substitute for Gaujillo peppers? Maybe whole Gaujillos would be better? Could there maybe be a problem with the powder I got? Thanks for this recipe, I will definitely have to try this! I love Mexican/Mexican-inspired food! All the best to you and your family, Kirby!
People handle spices in different ways, maybe powder was too concentrated. Try the dried chili pods, or maybe California Chili pods that are not spicy. Guajillo dried chili pods are similar to California chili pods, nice color not so much spice. But I would test to see what your body can handle. Let me know, I am curious to see how you react to them.
Hey Kirby I was thinking about putting Cabbage in my Tacos but never seen anyone do that but now I know I can LOL🤣. Those Tacos look absolutely scrumptious thanks for sharing my brother. You and the family have a wonderful week. Oh I'll leave link in your FB msg to see my taco video.
