Smoked Chicken Tights on the Char-Griller 980.
Used bone-in Chicken Thighs
Sprayed Down and used Avocado Oil as the binder
Rubbed them down with Rub Some Chicken Rub and McCormicks SPG Rubs.
Fired up the Char-Griller 980 to 275 Degrees
Put the Chicken Thighs on the smoker and let them smoke until they reached about 155-160 Degrees internal Temperature and then added on some pre-heated BBQ Sauce.
Once Internal Temperature reached 165-170 degrees internal pulled them off and let them rest for about 10 minutes, then had one AWSOME dinner.
