“Birria Sauce”
12oz of Beef Broth
Half a can of Adobo Peppers in chipotle sauce
Tablespoon Each of
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Cumin
Chili Powder
1/4 cup Lime Juice
Give this a shot!! Don’t pull out to rest until the Chuck probes like butter!!!

Man, I've been wanting to make some smoked birria tacos. Looks damn good! Just more motivation to get my build finished up sooner than later.

Good luck on your build man! Just checked out your channel. That thing is gonna be a beast. If you were in the Midwest I’d tell you where I get my tanks. This place has literally 10 football fields worth of tanks from 120 up to 1000.
