We took the viral sensation of a smoked cream cheese appetizer and added our own twists to it. We wanted to add some saltiness to this smoked dip, so we added bacon. I mean come on, everything is better with bacon! So, we filled the Big Green Egg with FOGO Charcoal and smoked the block of cream cheese with oil and rub. The addition of bacon, jalapenos and pepper jelly made for a flavor explosion! We can definitely see why this has become an overnight internet sensation.
