Had these for the first time when touring the Tillamook cheese factory. Ordered a few cases of cans since then now that I live in Arizona. They are totally unlike the junky oysters in the cheap tins. Theirs are all about the oyster and hardly have any oil in the cans. The flavor is amazing!

Are the oysters you farm the Pacific oyster or Japanese oyster whose scientific name is Crassostrea gigas? These are an imported species from Asia.
