Another great video! I've been into "combo" cooking a lot lately with sous vide and smoking (just did a pork butt that came out great). I'm going to have to try "Smoke-a-Fried!™"
That’s awesome and thanks for the kind words. If you don’t mind, what have you been doing with the sous vide and smoker? I’ve sous vide then grilled and smoked and then grilled but I haven’t use the sous vide with the smoker
@@Fork-And-Embers I've not figured out yet if I prefer smoke first or sous vide first. More smoke flavor in my opinion if you smoke first and finish sous vide, but then you can get some soggy crust (which is fixable, but I digress). Anyway, I've done beef ribs, pork butt and ox tails this way (makes an excellent stew). I really want to try sous vide / smoked brisket, but want to master full smoked first.
