14.5" Weber Smokey Mountain full to capacity! Marinated in Italian Dressing, Coco Aminos, and Mustard for over 24hrs. Seasoned with Armadillo Rub and Creole Seasoning. 4lbs party wings smoked at 250 for 2hrs. 1/2 glazed at the end with some bbq sauce.

Great Vid Man!!! Was going back n forth about if I should get the 14 or the 18... After seeing this I’m sure that the 14 will suffice for what I’m going to be using it for. Thanks dude, happy smoking!

Preciate that Chris B! I went back-and-forth on the size before finally getting one, but realized I'm generally only cooking for a couple people, so it turns out plenty of quality bbq. Plus, it uses less coal and IMO is amazing at maintaining temps

Great video, i've been back and forth on what smoker to get, but the WSM seems like a no brainer. Damn those wings look good!

You ever thought about getting a bigger wsm? I bought one used but still seem to use my 14.5 inch more than the 18.5. Both hold temps like they are electric though. I believe it has to be the porcelain coating. Great video. You should do a smoked salmon.

Preciate that, Handofseeds. I'm good with the smaller one because it fit more than enough food and uses a lot less coals. Yeah, I keep hearing about doing a smoked fish vid, but I'm so nervous of my WSM holding onto to that smell.

Smoking with Bush I felt the exact same way but I was completely shocked to find out it didn’t have any smell attached to my Weber after smoking salmon in it. I know how you feel cause mine is seasoned great and I didn’t want that to get messed with.

Smoking with Bush if you do I recommend looking at the virtual Weber bullet website and following the dry cure instructions. I was real impressed. It’s like using science to get to the final product.
