Hey folks, I am so sorry we I didn't get any video of the chicken thighs actually cooking, that was a bit chaotic...4 kettles going with about 50 thighs...my main goal was just making sure the thighs got done properly and to do that I had to keep my eyes on the grills continually. They cook so fast being boneless and skinless thighs! Thankfully they turned out great!
