Well, Chef Jenn, I love this simple recipe. First of all, I try not to eat too much pork. However, pork chops have always been a favorite of mine. I must admit that you chose some very healthy-looking pork chops to use(LOL). Those potatoes on the bottom are a good idea. The cream of onion soup and gravy mix being spoon onto those chops made my mouth water. Seeing them baking in the oven, made me weak in the knees. Your finished product looked simply amazing. I would make these and place them on a bed of white rice. I would make sure to spoon that gravy mix all over the chops on my plate. Delicious, I just know! Another winner! Thanks! BTW- your joke made me laugh! I was just a little naughty because I imagined me being the man in the joke. However, at the end, I imagined the man being TRAVIS CURE(Google him if you don’t know who he is). I would purposely let him catch me (LOL Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha). Well, at least I am being honest!!!! 😅😅😅 I know that's right. Ya like what ya like. I'm happy you enjoyed it. Those chops were devine. Next time I'm using more potatoes 🔥. Rice definitely an excellent choice.
