Just great cooking! Have you seen the new Presto Precise Tuxedo skillet? It has a digital temp control. I just happened upon it today and ordered it ( I was looking for a slow cooker). Only found it so far on the Presto website. It looks like it does quite a few different things. Comes in 12 & 16 inch size ( you probably could have used the 16 inch size for your chops). I love all my Presto skillets and looking forward to this new one. I think the digital temp control will be so helpful. Thanks for your video 😊

Is this pan easy to clean after you have grease in it after it cools down and is this pan easy to put together after it comes out of the box?

I like to try a variant of that recipe.but with mushroom soup and diced mushrooms. My family loves that I can't stand mushrooms. But is there a longer cooking time for 2in thick pork chops?
