Instead of relying solely on tightening grub screws as a stand-off, why not use a shim? The problem with those tiny Allen screws in general is that they rely on friction, and eventually the contact of the screw pressed on the shaft will wear and lose its grip. This is also a problem for other tech that use the same approach like some guitar vibrato bridges. If you instead insert something in the knob as a spacer in addition to tightening the screw, it'll still maintain a gap even if the screw slips.
I don’t remember why, but I remember considering it and going ”… nah”. That combo is better in general though ofc, even better would be a shorter knob.
Is it possible to connect by midi a line 6 podhd500x guitar pedal with maschineMK3? Both have MIDI in and outputs but I don't know if I can use the pedal to control maschine or if I can use maschine to control the pedal, most of tutorials people use synthesizers so I don't know what can I do with this devices working together 😐
