How I like to do sunroof drains on the Smyth Performance Beetle Ute kits. Covers a little bit about the roof cut and then some options for drains and routing.
shoot! I forgot about this video and went ahead and cut the sunroof rail along with the roof! Next time! Great video as usual. Oh, I should mention, I just got a 3D printer and most people are using PLA plastic for their printing. The problem with PLA is that it deforms at a relatively low temperature. A friend of mine printed an RC airplane and the wings drooped as it sat in the grass. I would make sure parts are printed with a higher temperature plastic such as ABS.

Mark has a pretty decent one on assembling the tailgate already. I have one on installing the ranger handle instead of the strap. Not sure what the test valance is
@@hestermannmotorwerks REAR valance! I meant rear valance... (Mutters "damn auto-correct" under his breath.) You mentioned the rear valance once after installing the fenders on a Beetle build. I was hoping for a focused "how-to" on the tailgate and valance (like your recent sunroof drain video). Is Mark Smith covering this on his "four Beetle" build?
