- Each pizza yields 8 slices.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 550 milliliters of warm water
- 20 grams of dry yeast
- 70 grams of sugar (seven tablespoons)
- 150 milliliters of cooking oil
- 10 grams of salt (one tablespoon)
- 1 kg of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
Ingredients for the filling:
- 300 grams of cheese (for each pizza)
- 200 grams of sausage (for each pizza)
- 170 grams of cooked corn (for each pizza)
- 50 grams of grated provolone cheese (for each pizza)
- 100 grams of tomato sauce (for two pizzas)
- Oregano to taste
Notes:
- The dough can be frozen for up to 90 days.
- It is not necessary to pre-bake the dough before adding the filling.
