Warm blueberry compote (I just cook my berries down in water & add some vanilla extract and turmeric once the berries are bursting). The flavors so so so well together! Try it on the waffle!

Everything looks great! I noticed you don't use olive oil or grape seed oil, just coconut, is there a specific reason or is it just a taste preference?
Tish Wonders oh ok! Is it better to cook with olive or coconut? Whenever I cook with coconut oil it burns off so quickly, it looks like you have higher quality cookware though
Thank you always for your recipes. I bought your ebook and tried the pancakes but everytime they always come out raw on the inside but cooked on the outside. Is anybody experiencing this or this is how the pancakes should be?
