diag with a 5 gas is smart and I wish it was more affordable. Using the same setup you have I diag with "global OBD2" and monitor the Lamda along side the 5 gas lamda. Most the cars I work on have AFR (wideband) sensors and it's the fastest most effective way to tell if a AFR (wideband) is drifting as it warms up or is just straight up lying to the ECU
Hello Joselito When you purchase the 5 gas analyzer you will get software with it. Install the software on your Zeus or verus . Once it's installed you connect the scan tool to the 5 gas analyzer via a blue tooth connection. What's even cooler is projecting the scan tool to a bigger monitor. You can also split your screen on your scan tool and have the five gas or one side and your scan tool data on the other there's lots of ways you can play with this hope this helps
Hi Joselito. If your refering to how to see the five gas on the bigger screen you have to have the software which comes with the 5 gas installed on your scan tool. It is then viewed on the scan tool by a bluetooth connection. If you dont have a scan tool then you can install the software on to a laptop or PC. Hope this helps.
I am interested in purchasing one.... do you find yourself using this during road tests at all? Do you find it to give data fast enough to help with intermittent driveability issues? Thank you
Hi Edward. I have used it for roadtests a couple of times. You have to make sure the probe stays secured in the tail pipe and the hose doesnt get caught on anything. I mostly use it sitting in the shop.
