Snap on coolant refiller number SVTSRAD272A how it’s used. In this case the coolant was drained i used the tool to get the air out and refill with new coolant. So cool!!! Using this tool you don’t fight the air pockets that make the car overheat when doing a coolant service. THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!!!

Nice video! I bought this after doing a head gasket on a 2014 Ford Escape with the EcoBoost. It was an absolute nightmare to burp the air out of. It is now my go to for most coolant related jobs.

So you can refill you’re car through the radiator cap with this tool when you do a coolant flush ?

Yes it will refill but it won’t take the coolant out of the car👍🏻

So does the system have to be drained? If I’m worried I have air in my system can I use this to pull air out and replace with fluid?

Yes the system would be drained first.. it won’t pull the air and leave the coolant

How big of a compressor do you think you would need to successfully create a vacuum in your coolant system?

I don’t think it would take very much a small compressor would probably do it. The gauge shows a max pressure of 30 Hg vacuum. I’ll have to bring my little 6gallon Rigid compressor to work and see how it does

It definitely works with a small air compressor I tried it and it worked just fine

Can this take out the coolant? Or is it just to refill?

Just to refill I’ve tried to see if it would evacuate the coolant and it won’t

So you don’t need the radiator petcock open?

Yes you still need to drain the coolant this is only to fill it. I’ve tried this tool won’t suck the coolant out just the Air. Then refill coolant with the tool

@@WorX4ToolZ no I was confused how it created a vacuum without the petcock open but I think I got the idea.
