The milwaukee batteries fit like that by design, the actual connections are spring tentioned, so the boards in the pack take less vibration. In the industrial enviornment I work in they hold up longer than any other we've tried. Its also a brand stocked by most industrial supply houses n box stores when ya need one now!

I use my stream light every single day at the shop and I drop it and I’ve thrown it a few times too and it’s still bright as heck and works great. Everybody in my shop have at least one but most of us have a few charged up and ready to go..

That's why I love my generic amazon battery's for my Milwaukee cordless. I remember people complaining about the generic battery's having a tight fit issue. I would rather have that problem then the other. I still have the old 18volt nicad sawzall now that was a well built saw and still works great it just loves battery's. I'm on my second 18volt fuel sawzall the smaller one. I hope you guy's have a good weekend.

I have four Snap On batters sitting there that don’t hold a charge. But 10 Milwaukee batteries that are over five years old works great. I had a trigger acting up on my Milwaukee 3/8. It was 4.5 years old they sent me a new one. See if Snap On will do that. I’m not bashing Snap On love there tools just getting expensive.

If you have a Milwaukee M18 tool whose batteries ride more loosely than you’d like, try this. Get a pack of set of Adhesive backed 3/4” Velcro dots and sick 2 or 3 in the flat area behind the contacts. Add or remove dots to tune the fit.

Have a Milwaukee impact, dropped it off the tool cart and lost all torque. Was only like 5 months old. Warrantied it and they gave me a new one which is nice but still it was only like a 3 1/2 foot drop.

ive only had minor problems with the battery fit on my oldest milwaukee tools. plus one fuel ratchet that was replaced and intermittant issues on my 5yr old impact driver trigger but ive literally dropped that thing lots and ran over it and skidded it across the floor with a tire so no biggie

I had that light at 0:56. Lost it. Had only used it a couple of times. Replaced injectors in my sons dodge Cummins. Went MIA after wards.

I used to be a big milwaukee guy but when they sold out to tti and the obsoleted the v18 line after coming out with lithium ion pissed me off. When needed new cordless for construction I went with dewalt because milwaukee was twice weight and when climbing ladders and around roofs every ounce matters. Milwaukees are made in China and dewalt is atleast assembled in U.S.

My Two Favorite Brands Of Tools By Far Is Snap-On And Milwaukee Fuel Series But I'm Surprised To See A Snap-On Truck With Milwaukee Tools On It Because I've Heard That Milwaukee Supposedly Has Some Kind Of Litigation Suit Against Snap-On, For Copying Some Of The Designs On Different Parts Of The Battery Powered Tools From However Long Ago, To Some Current Models

I think they're supposed to wobble at the connection. Makita power tools have some give as well. It's to protect the electrical connections with some extra slack. If it was completely rigid I'm sure it would snap every single time. I know the 18V tools do. But I don't think the 12V lineup does it because how much lighter those batteries are.

I work at a local tool store and we carry the Milwaukee contractor line which is a better grade than the big box stores like Home Depot our serial numbers don't interchange but with all the batteries and issues that Milwaukee has I turned people into the new Ingersoll Rand 1/2" brushless electric impact gun

The hi viz hard handle is a bear to keep clean, it turns black and gray easy. I bought the hi viz the next week dealers like hey you want the gray one? I said nah the hi viz turns gray with use

Koon Trucking that hard handle hi viz ratchet was the reason I had to start buying wipes, it’s also used mostly for caging bolts on brake chambers, so it gets under dirty and greasy areas a lot

My 4.0 Battery started cracking in the same Place and falling apart. It looks like I ran it over but I never dropped it once. It’s like the plastic started to degrade.

I like Hamilton he seems to be the only snap on guy to agree sometimes and says "Yeah that is pricey". His down fall is "me delivery was delayed or messed up" lol. Some snap on guys I've seen push and push you into sales, sh#t they'll sell thier mother to make a toolbox sale. Hamilton seems more laid back.

those airline pliers are only good for nice clean newish ones. tried them about a dozen times over 6 months had only 1 or 2 lines removed with em. you just gotta be patient and twist the ring of the fitting and the hose. if you do that its just a matter of believing in yourself to get em out.

All of the snap on dealers can order them out of the supplemental catalog. If you haven’t ever seen it ask your dealer they have tons of tools in it.

Koon Trucking makes sense to me too. I personally don’t have a dog in the fight. I have used all the non tool truck brands and I’d happily accept any of em as a gift ha ha. I do wish, and there never will be , just a universal battery. All Plug in drills etc all plug into same device. It would be nice if tools all had same battery male female. In the plug in, there’s still A price difference in tool and quality. Oh wel

Koon Trucking I will give you that. When they work it’s the best think in the world. Lisle makes some that come in a set of 5 and they are metal. Best ones I’ve used
