I’m just getting into the automotive industry and currently rock Pittsburg tools from harbor freight in an old tool box off Craigslist. Hopefully some day I’ll grab some nice tools off the truck but for now those price tags hurt lol
I’ve been there myself. Join this channel as I do giveaways every now and again to put great quality tools in people hands. Thanks and take care! Keep wrenching and learn something new everyday.
Brother, all in time. I suggest starting off with a ratcheting screwdriver or regular ratchet. Go from there. My everyday use tools I have slowly replaced with one the big names over the last 20yrs. A little at a time. 👍🏽
I agree little at a time. If you do buy something off the tool truck buy what you need. A ratchet for Instant or a socket set but don’t buy multiple tools at a time because it raises the price on your weekly payment. Buy what you can afford and still live comfortable. Don’t buy anything else until you pay off what you owe and don’t buy from multiple tool trucks stick with one truck at a time. Good luck on your career
Snap On truck dealers are like drug dealers for tool junkies like me I know I hit rock bottom when I got arrested for breaking into a Snap On truck just to take pictures of the new screwdriver set they came out with.
Not a lot at all 🙄 all there hand tools and air tools are American made, you don't know what your talking about, there adjustable wrenches are made in Spain and there beautiful, there little set of plies are Spain made, blue point is different.
@@edwardkramer8738 Your right "ALL THEIR( HANDTOOLS ) are made in the USA "The Kershaw knives made in China, but were very good , There tap and die sets were absolute crap, I bought a real good set of Starrett and Lawson Tap & Die sets also made in USA. After 33 years of using tools in Millwright and car Mechanical trades. I'm 78 years old now, and I'm still repairing my own cars with Snap On tools , which I've had since the late 70s and bought many more over the years. Have you ever thought that the Snap On trucks weren't selling other stuff, I don't know where you bought your tools but here in Canada they sell other stuff to make an extra buck. "Blue Point" pliers, C clip and miniature Great !
