The newly released Justice Mobile by NetEase Games is one of the hottest games in China. Early next year its graphics will be dramatically enhanced through Ray Tracing with Global Illumination thanks to Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Platform.
The trailer is a sneak peak at what the game will look like with and without Ray Tracing with Global Illumination so you can see the mesmerizing impact.
Global Illumination greatly enhances the environment with more photo realistic lighting effects including shadows and reflections. Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is the first platform to bring Ray Tracing with Global Illumination to smartphones.
This new version of Justice Mobile will arrive in early 2024.

This is wild. It doesn't look like its running at 1080p, but this is still very impressive for a mobile device, and something that wouldn't look out of place on a current gen system. Impressive.

It was 240X320 Today we are playing Full HD games and games in Higher Resolution It was Up 900KB To 1MB In Java And It was better in Symbian maybe they had ( 480X855) But According to gamea It was All java games, My first gaming phone was Nokia Java I bought it ( 12/12/2012) I'll never forget the day.. ( Today I play those gamea I couldn’t play at the of 10/11/12//13) Now Android users have big platforms to play games like Pc Games, Ps1/ PS2/PSP/PSP Vita / Nintendo Switch / Nintendo Wii, N3DS, Nintendo DS, ( In future we'll be able run ps3 and 4 it may takes more 10 Years, Now I am 25 I'll 35 Then 😅 Android is not a phone os It's all in one I love Snapdragon Though At the Start Like 2014-2022 I have used Mediatek And Truly Mediatek Isn't that bad When It's about Android gaming, Though It sucks when It's all About emulating ( I love Android for themes Specially no themes no fun, I love themes from Old Nokia, Now I hate nokia no themes only bullshit,

Hope they start installing fans in phone. It will be needed. If phones can do even 1600x900 at 60 fps consistent in coming years for ps4 games that'll be good.

@@eureka-8272 don't know. does it have fan inside ? If it can keep 2° down vs without it, consistently, then yes. Price will go up and beyond 1800$ minimum if ps4 graphics are achievable for high end phones. Have played base ps4 red dead 2 ,gta v on my old crap note 10 lite 720p via remote play. Looks very acceptable at even 720p stream on such small screen.

What I could see in the video is that the ray traicing is very nice but the amount of polygons and effects are not of the same quality as a PS4/XONE. The same could be seen on Apple chip, A17 pro, in the game RE Village, where against console it loses a lot of quality. But you don't have to be silly either, it's a cell phone, it's something surprising.@@Akronn

This still varies to the developers who program such lighting techniques. For example uncharted 4.. no ray trace.. just preset lighting plus great gameplay and what they got? They dominated industry

those are pre-calculated and baked into the environment type of lighting, meaning they're using lightmaps to light up a scene. Difference with real-time ray tracing is that it changed dynamically as you are moving the camera and player

It’s interesting that in Uncharted 2 all the lighting and shadows are already done using ray tracing and transferred to the game. In terms of optimization, this is better than RTX but the downside is that when we move objects from one place to another, the lighting does not change on them, everything that was already on them remains

We really do need high demanding good games. I use all platforms but mobiles really need those great games again. A mobile phone now has more power than PS4 or the last gen Xbox. It will beat all consoles in next 4-5 years even though it can't beat pc

As long as the majority of gamers play desktop grade games on computers using Intel's x86 architecture, developers won't invest time and resources in creating games for mobile platforms, especially now that handheld PCs are gaining popularity. However, in time, if ARM can match the performance of x86, it may become tempting to transition to ARM and potentially replace x86 for good, unless Intel can find a way to match ARM's lower power usage and power efficiency. Regardless, mobile AAA gaming is heading in the right direction; it's only a matter of time before smartphones can be used as handheld consoles for playing AAA games. Although smartphone displays may not be large enough for gaming, as wearable headsets mature and become more affordable or wireless connection between devices improves then we could replace PCs with smartphones, achieving the goal of one device for all.

You cant run it. Its that simple. Snapdragon gen 3 is roughly the same as a GTX 1050, which means almost all triple A games are not playable. Only games that can be run are graphic games that came out before 2015

physical fan is not require to cool a phone. gensin impact is as demanding as gta 5 or closer system requirements. we have 1TB phone available while 256gb is based variant now. SD865 should be powerful enough to run at normal setting 30 stable fps.@@krar2004yy

are people still falling for this scam? remember the exynos 2200 with its ray-tracing features and raw power? well that was one of the worst performing chips of the last years. as long as there isn't proper cooling, mobile processors won't be able to keep up even with the switch and its lame but well cooled tegra 3.
