The 1 : The fail

Man. Where to start? The engine has 4 cylinders... previously 6 and we're in 2019. yeah sure the engines need to be revised so as to prevent co2 emission but seriously 4cylinders for a hothatch and especially from BMW, seriously? Apart from the internals, even the look of this 1 series generation looks like... *meh* sucks. Previous one looked sick af, why didnt they just gave it a sick facelift for this year's generation? And no M140i? ... AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FREAKING FWD....? Well BMW, you lost your game in this one. I'd rather go for the new A45 AMG. It's a complete dream come true for hothatch fans. *From a sincere BMW fan*

I say this with constructive criticism. What type of camera are you using? The angle of the lens seem too wide, maybe fisheye just didn't seem pleasing to view. But worse than that was the constant shaking it is 2019 where is the stabilization?? If you're using a DSLR to film with you have to get yourself a gimbal for that size camera for professional presentation. am I paying the cheapest solution will be just to use a camera with stabilization built like Samsung or iPhone.

Actually this is very nice all around! But why did you ruin it by disabling the pops an bangs from the engine sound of the 2020 version? Also did you put a fake drilled brake disc (part-way drilled) not totally perforated the look of the brake is big part of beauty and sportiness of the car even though its not a technical issue??? I need an explanation from BMW

They put a lot of work into the 3 series and 5 series, but they should have put more work into the 1series since the hot hatch market is crazy and when you are competing with the likes of RS3 and A45 you have to make sure you come out on top. The grill is way to big and the lights are too small making the front look less aggressive. I personally believe they should have left the vehicles front end the same as the model before. The 13/18 models were the best BMW came out with and they know it. BMW were losing to Audi in the Saloon market due to the fact of Audi’s AWD system but now that BMW has tackled that with new 3 and 5 series they will become more dominant in sales, what they cannot lose is the hot hatch market since there so much of a demand right now.

I like the new BMW M135i, i own a BMW M140I, but viewing the new MB A45S o A45, its hard competition with 387 hp vs 306 hp, because the 421 hp A45 S its another segment of power. BMW this time you have no change in that aspect

The back got the A class look going on and the front got some KIA look. Prefer the previous 2 models.

if it ends in 35, it should have a turbo I6. Its been 10 years since the last two digits started to mean nothing with the introduction of forced air into all their engines, but it is getting really ridiculous now. the Number creep is annoying. I6 turbos are now 40i, and 4 bangers are 35i? Why not just keep the I6 as 35i and the 4 banger as 30i? Marketing is trying to ride on the coattails of the 35i badge from the N54 and N55 while giving you the 4 banger. Not that BMW I4's are bad(power and torque are virtually identical to the N54), but the 35i used to mean something.... just my opinion.
