Horse JUMP!!! I felt like I could almost see the cogs turning in Jay's mind with how he was moving the camera around there. Good job figuring out the way across! My one complaint: Jay didn't switch to daytime to get more of the awesome music while outside. I guess Link made sure to equip his tranquilizer arrows here? Ice cavern time! This is probably my favorite mini-dungeon. Love the aesthetic, I'm one of those people who actually enjoy sliding block puzzles, plus it finishes off with the Serenade of Water, another tie for top-tier song cutscene due to the shiny room just being so unique and pretty. Somehow, I feel the higher-resolution graphics here actually makes the room look worse and takes away some of the mystical feeling of it. Hooray for equippable iron boots! Blue tunic is my favorite color. If it weren't nearing the end of the part, it would've been funny to watch Jay find out what happens when you try to warp song a timer. Suddenly one second left! And next time, it'll be Water Temple time. So excited! If you're counting all sea life, dolphins without question. If you only want FISH fish... probably founder fish? Due to The Little Mermaid.
Have you seen the new The Little Mermaid live action remake? As someone who didn't grow up with Disney movies and only began watching them much later in life, I really liked the live action one, I feel like every change they made was good and idk I just fell in love with it. I've seen both though of course, and I totally get why someone with a ton of nostalgia for the original might be rubbed the wrong way by it, specifically when it comes to characterization, however I can't help but be left with the feeling that I'm going to miss Eric so much when I rewatch the original one (since they actually gave him a character in the new one!!!) - Ariah
